Maza Brady, Trillium's Lead Mechanical Engineer Featured as Leading Lady of Aerospace
Our lead engineer, Maza Brady, was interviewed by Joanna Boatwright, CSO of "Leading Ladies Of...", a movement designed to accelerate gender parity for women. Featured as the Wonder Woman in Aerospace, Maza has more than eight years of experience in aerial imaging and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). She won Tech Leader of the Year in 2018 for her leadership of the Gorge Women in STEM and continues to present herself as a role model to many of her industry colleagues.
In her interview, Maza talks about her earlier days in the A&D industry, her role models, and her favorite moments of her career thus far. She shares her respect for women who have grabbed a seat at the table and expressed that "the status quo is not good enough". But the true highlight of the interview may be Maza explaining her high regard for women who've followed their dream jobs, even when the path was hard.
Maza has been with Trillium for the past two years and became our lead mechanical engineer in December. We’re proud to have strong women like Maza leading our teams and sharing their knowledge. People like Maza have shaped Trillium Engineering into the industry-leading provider of actionable imagery we are today.
