TRILLIUM has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using TRILLIUM’ services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. Your personal data is stored by TRILLIUM on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services TRILLIUM engages, located in the United States. TRILLIUM retains data for the duration of your business relationship with TRILLIUM and for a period of time thereafter to analyze the data for TRILLIUM’ own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes.

Data subject rights

Various jurisdictions have privacy laws providing certain rights for data subjects.
